A pretty website is great... but it takes strategy if you want sales. When your customer lands on your website, they should feel eager to contact you. They shouldn't feel confused about who you are or what you do. Getting inside your customer's head is a strategy. Many people can make things pretty, but it takes strategy to make a profit.
I've always been good at translating the super technical to everyday language- and finding ways to solve everyday needs with simple technical solutions. Working at Fortune 100 companies served as my foundation for becoming data-obsessed and learning business strategy.

I had been booking clients from word of mouth when I realized Google was "a thing" and the introvert in me was missing out on a hidden arsenal of sales opportunities. Instead of manually processing so many client projects, I could have automated everything and given so much time back in my day.
